All MBE subscription modules are available for the upcoming J24 exam. Please note that I make my MBE Outline available when I finish the updates for that version, which is typically about two months before the exam (meaning late-May for July exams or late-December for February exams). For examinees who wish to study now, early unprioritized editions of MBE Outline/Combined MBE Outline are available to J24 subscribers. The J24 edition (intended to reflect the J24 MBE) won’t be released until late-May 2024. Thus, if you subscribe early, you should avoid marking up/editing the early edition because it will be replaced with a more on-point J24 version approximately two months before the exam.

The UBE Essays and OPE 860 subscriptions are generally available year-round (later updates are minor and do not impact the subscription), but the MBE outline module subscriptions are only available approximately 2-3 months before the exam (generally mid-December for February administrations or mid-May for July administrations) due to the updates to reflect the current upcoming exam (although “early” subscriptions are available with unprioritized content).  If you are unsure of which module(s) to get, please click on a link for a module or read the FAQ page

The current MBE Rules and Combined MBE Outline modules include rules for the recently released 2021 MBE Complete Practice Exam (200 questions); 2020 MBE3 Civil Procedure (16 questions); and 2019 MBE Study Aid exam from NCBE (210 questions).
